One Park Financial has earned recognition as one of Miami’s “Best and Brightest Companies to Work for” for the seventh consecutive year. The National Association for Business Resources (NABR) selected the company from 300 participating firms, choosing 42 top employers based on independent evaluation.
The assessment considered work-life balance, diversity, and employee retention. CEO John Lie-Nielsen highlighted the organization’s commitment to workplace culture centered on four core values: Client Success, Fun, Results, and Taking Risks.
The company provides team members, called “Grovies,” with monthly events, quarterly outings, and a “Dream Weaver” program designed to help employees achieve personal goals. Recognition initiatives include “Quarterly Grovie Badass” awards and peer-to-peer “Core Value Coins.”
